Playbooks are not giant dump lists. They exist to narrow the symptom, check the right evidence first, avoid common bad moves, and route you into the lesson, lab, or visual that explains the system underneath the problem.
Users, Groups, and Permissions medium severity
Access Denied on a File or Folder Use this when a user cannot open, edit, or enter a file or directory they are expected to access.
Networking and Remote Access medium severity
DNS Works by IP but Not by Name Use this when direct IP connectivity works but hostnames do not resolve or connect correctly.
Operations, Security, and Recovery high severity
A Service Will Not Start Use this when a service fails to start, immediately stops, or restarts into failure.

The System Feels Slow Use this when the machine feels sluggish and you need to decide whether the pressure is CPU, memory, disk, startup load, or one runaway process.
